Night Shift Back Office Admin
My client is an upmarket Hotel / Apartment block and seeks to recruit the above.
Requirements:
Male; 30 - 60years of age; Fluent Arabic and English speaking.
Japanese ability advantageous; Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills.
Experience:
At least 2 years hotel experience
Job Description:
Work nights in back office of hotel apartment.
Work would include but not limited to:
(1) Simple translation of hotel notices when required.
(2) Assisting with Arabic speaking guests when required.
(3) Translating of government letters and documents.
(4) Assisting with translations when government officers visit the site for inspections.
(5) Assisting with back office duties.
(6) Running the end of day “Batch” for the hotel system
(7) Answering phone calls and guests requests
